Olympus LSM FV3000 NLO

This setup is a multi-modal NLO imaging platform designed for imaging, photomanipulation and spectroscopy using tailored nanoparticles such as upconversion or harmonic nanoparticles. Here, a state-of-the-art inverse fluorescence microscope is combined with the commercial cLSM unit FLUOVIEW 3000 from Olympus and an epi-fluorescence widefield exxcitation and detection path. The research group of Mirco Imlau (Ultrafast Physics, University of Osnabrück) is intgrating a very versatile femtosecond laser system from Light Conversion to enable different optimized illumination modi such as widefield or confocal illumination combined with laser or stage scanning.
